Gary Rush, IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator (CPF), heads MGR Consulting. Gary founded MGR Consulting when he returned to consulting after a one year sabbatical. He has been in Leadership training since 1972 when he entered the U.S. Naval Academy and brings with him what he has learned.  Gary is a recognized leader in the field of facilitation.  He is amongst the most successful and influential Facilitator trainers in the world.  As a Facilitator trainer, he teaches specific "how to"; he provides detailed facilitation and process tools and, as an IAF CPF Assessor, he covers the IAF Facilitator Competencies and what students need to do to achieve them.  Gary continues to be the leading edge in the industry by continuing as a practicing Facilitator.

Gary has been facilitating since 1983 and training Facilitators since 1985 when he founded MG Rush Systems, Inc. (with which he is no longer associated).  Gary ceased operating MG Rush Systems, Inc. in June 2004.

In 1985, Gary created FAST, a structured facilitation technique.  It was created after research into the essence of various structured facilitation techniques and was created to fill gaps left by other techniques to conduct effective workshops. 

In 2007, Gary created FoCuSeD™ - the next revolution in structured facilitation - a revolution from FAST.  FoCuSeD™ defines the seamless integration of process and group dynamics expanding processes to cover any group activity applicable in business and in life - the 1st Holistic Facilitation Technique.
